• Order and Payment Terms: Details regarding the process of placing orders, accepted payment methods, and payment processing times.

• Shipping and Delivery: Information on shipping options:  All order will be shipped USPS within 4 days of completing your order process.  A tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped.

• Return and Refund Policy: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 347-435-4149 we will walk you through the return process based on your specific need.  Please be prepared to submit pictures of the damaged items and send it to our phone number immediately.  As stated, you will receive the next steps via your email.

• Product Descriptions and Availability:  Due to the handmade nature of this product, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur, making each piece unique. The item you receive may differ slightly from the product image shown.".   However, it will always be the original product ordered.

• User Behavior and Website Usage: Rules governing customer conduct on the website, including prohibitions against unlawful activities, hate speech, and spam.  The information is provided by [Love Knot Candle Shop] and while we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make sure that the information about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information.  

• Intellectual Property Rights:  Love Knot Candle Shop Information has full ownership   of this company's website, including copyrights and trademarks, and guidelines for website use.  No uses of images are to be used on other websites that has not been approved by the Admin of Love Knot Candle Shop.  This approval must be received by a written approval.

• Limitation of Liability: Please allow us 3 days of lead time for all products to be prepared and mailed out.  This will not include weekends, only business days.

• Privacy Policy Reference: An explanation of how customer data is collected, used, and protected. 

• Modification of Terms: A clause stating the company's right to update or modify the Terms and conditions will be provided to each customer.
